Hi! I'm Gina...
It's so nice to meet you!

My Story...
I am the first daughter of immigrant parents from El Salvador and a first-generation Latina raised in the United States. For the first seven years of my life I was an only child, and when I learned English at the age of six, I quickly became the bridge between my parents and the world around them. I was their advocate. I translated conversations, filled out paperwork, and helped them navigate systems they didn’t yet understand. In many ways, I stepped into an adult role long before I was ready.
I grew up in a home that operated in emotional survival mode. There were constant arguments about money, infidelity, alcohol, gambling, and eventually replaced by work addiction. Fear was often used as a form of control, and emotional connection was almost nonexistent. I learned early that I had to be the adult when my parents needed me, and the invisible child when they didn’t. To cope, I developed my logical mind very quickly. I learned to analyze situations, anticipate conflict, and try to keep the peace. But inside, I struggled deeply with feelings of unworthiness, shame, and the belief that something about me was fundamentally broken. My confidence on the outside often hid a very different story within.
Because I lived in such a controlled environment, I never turned to substances or destructive behaviors that might have placed my life in danger. Instead, I found quieter ways to escape—through art, food, and by mentally drifting away from the intensity around me. Eventually, I found something that gave me a sense of structure, purpose, and belonging: the LAPD Explorer Program.Joining the program became my escape from home and my safe place. I poured myself fully into it. It gave me direction, discipline, and an environment where I felt seen and capable. For the first time, I experienced what it felt like to be part of something meaningful.
Years later, when I became a mother at the age of 21, I made a promise to myself: I would not repeat the patterns I had grown up with. I wanted to create a life filled with love, connection, communication, adventure, and success for the family I was building. But something unexpected happened. Despite my intentions, the subconscious patterns I had learned growing up began to show up in my own parenting. I found myself reacting in ways that didn’t align with the kind of mother or person I wanted to be. That realization was painful—but it was also the turning point in my life. It became clear that willpower alone wasn’t enough to change deeply rooted patterns. I needed to understand the subconscious mind, emotional conditioning, and trauma patterns that shape how we think, feel, and behave. That search led me into the world of personal development, subconscious transformation, and trauma-informed healing.
Today, as a Subconscious Transformation Coach, I help people do what I once had to learn for myself: break free from the limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and subconscious patterns that keep them stuck. Through modalities such as hypnosis, NLP, somatic work, IEMT, and other subconscious techniques, I guide clients to reprogram the patterns that no longer serve them so they can create the life, relationships, and inner peace they truly want. My work is deeply personal because I know firsthand how powerful this transformation can be. I believe that when we change the patterns in the subconscious mind, we change the direction of our lives—and sometimes even the direction of generations that follow.
